The owners and staff of Apple Valley Driving Schools Inc understand
the importance of the privacy of our customers and the protection of their
personal information, and we are committed to respecting and upholding
their privacy rights. We place the highest value upon ensuring the
confidentiality of customer information. With the passage of the federal
government’s Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act, Apple
Valley Driving Schools Inc has reaffirmed our ongoing commitment to
ensuring the personal information, which we obtain from and about our
customers, is accurate and remains confidential and private.
Apple Valley Driving Schools collects basic personal information
(name, phone number, address) for the purpose of communications and service
provision. Further information (learner’s license number) is
collected as proof of qualification to drive our vehicles, and for scheduling
a testing appointment(s) with Service Nova Scotia. We gather only the
information that is necessary for the above purposes. This information is
not disclosed to other organizations, unless we are required to do so by
law or regulation.
Apple
Valley Driving Schools will only collect personal information:
• to establish, maintain and administer
accounts;
• to determine eligibility for
services offered by Apple Valley Driving Schools;
• to communicate for service
scheduling or service offers which may be of interest to customers; and

regulatory requirements.
Customers may choose to provide us with additional personal
information, such as opinions, evaluations or comments, which may be used
to help us to improve some element of our customer service. This

The owners and staff of Apple Valley Driving Schools are committed
to protecting the confidentiality of our relationship with our customers.
